At Calm Cove Kids, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $70. For orders under $70, a flat-rate shipping fee of $11.00 applies.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@calmcovekids.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We currently only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
